North Lakes Wastewater Pipeline Upgrade Project - Completed

About this project

Unitywater is continuously investing in new wastewater infrastructure to support growth in the City of Moreton Bay. The North Lakes Wastewater Pipeline Upgrade Project will assist in delivering safe and reliable wastewater services for the North Lakes, Narangba and Deception Bay communities in a sustainable way to meet the demands of our growing region.

What we did

On behalf of Unitywater, our contractor Eastoli Civil Construction, replaced and upgraded 330 metres of wastewater pipeline. Construction took place between 1 - 30 Sundown Circuit, North Lakes.

What took place

The upgrade project included:

• Replaced and upgraded 330 metres of wastewater pipeline Establishment of a temporary site office and laydown area, for machinery and pipe, in the green space across the road from 21 Sundown Circuit
• Minor vegetation removal on the corner of Expedition Drive and Sundown Circuit
• Construction was completed within three months between April - June 2025.
