It is a hive of activity in Waraba with Unitywater and our delivery partners, KTJV, working hard to ensure essential wastewater infrastructure will be ready to support new homes being built from December 2025 as part of the first neighbourhood development plan (NDP) for Caboolture West.
Literally working right alongside developers, Lennium Group and Orchard Property Group, who are busy preparing hundreds of new housing lots for sale, Unitywater is gearing up to not only support this first wave of development, but also future proof for additional large-scale development that is earmarked for the area.
