UW Connection Application Frozen Page

Hi UW Community Team,

I am attempting to lodge a connection application for a new project in the UW Jurisdiction. I have uploaded all the relevant documents and paper. However, the page becomes greyed out and frozen when I reach the 'conditions' section of the application. This occurs when I log out and back in again. I have also tried to start a new application for this project, and the same thing occurs. Refresh attempts do not resolve it. This is the only application my team and I have made so I am unable to determine whether this is an isolated case. 

Is there a limit on how many stages a connection application can contain?

If anyone else has encountered the same issue, can you provide an answer on how to resolve it. I have attached a screenshot to help explain my predicament.
