Customer Reference Group meetings

Thank you to everyone who nominated to join our Customer Reference Group. We were thrilled to have 12 members of our valuable business community join us online to discuss upcoming changes to how we charge for the treatment of trade waste.

Our CRG members were open and frank with their feedback, which means that we've really been able to listen and tailor our approach to how and when we roll out the pricing change.
