Tantula Road Land Management Plan

Consultation has concluded

Unitywater has a site located at 56 Tantula Road East, Alexandra Headlands. The site is a primarily used as a water reservoir, with a section of the land leased to Telstra for operation of their telecommunications equipment. 

This lease is due to expire soon, and Unitywater is seeking to enter into a new lease agreement with Telstra. To do this, Unitywater is required to seek consent from the Department of Resources, in accordance with the Land Act 1994. 

Its important to us that the community have a chance to have their say on this, so we are sharing our draft Land Management Plan with you for feedback. You can view the Land Management Plan under the documents tab at the right of the page, and provide your feedback until 5 August 2022. Your feedback will help us shape the final Land Management Plan and will be included in our submission to the Department of Resources for consideration.
