Unitywater is currently reviewing feedback received on the draft of our next Water Netserv Plan as part of our community consultation process which closed on 8 October 2024.
The draft plan outlines how we intend to sustainably deliver the essential infrastructure needed for our customers to have safe and reliable water and wastewater services over the next 20 years.
As part of our Netserv consultation, we also published our Accelerated Infrastructure Schedule, which demonstrates how Unitywater is planning for future growth outside our connection area in a sustainable way.
The Netserv Plan is a requirement of the South-East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail Restructuring) Act 2009 and is updated at regular intervals.
We value all feedback aimed at enhancing our services. If you have input beyond the Water Netserv Plan, we encourage you to contact us by phone or email.
